- Composition of BOQ by quantity survey, analysis of material cost from different vendors, budgeting & over head cost). - Project Planning to Schedule the work in accordance to project timeline and deadlines, Works Prior to Execution (Studying of Contract Documents, Project Specification & Construction drawings, prepare the resources such as manpower, material and equipment). - Supervise project execution & ensure that all works must comply with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, and project specification & delivery of quality construction by closely monitoring works by co-ordination with civil team. - Allocation of work among team members for timely completion of work, evaluation and monitoring of manpower productivity. - Attend daily & weekly Progress meetings related to site issues with site team and head office team. - Liaise with Client & Consultants resolving all on-site and contractual problems. - Preparation of submittals of material, technical documents and reporting to QC manager and project manager. - Conducting the initial tests and inspections for the electrical items. - Liaise with the approved vendors & suppliers for the smooth delivery of approved material according to the project time line and work schedule. - Liaise with the client & employer for the Inspections of material & work done. - Monthly progress invoice preparation with QS department for Electrical work done. - Preparation of as built drawings & handing over documents. -Maintenance of handed over project as per contract documents & agreement. - Technical Supervision for: Installation of electrical equipment for 33kV/11kV substations and underground transmission & distribution lines, HT/LT cabling, Cable laying, Cable termination, Cable jointing, testing & commissioning, Installation of Earthing & Lightning protection system, Testing (Earth Resistance Test, Continuity Test, Megger test), Exothermic Welding, Interior fit outs Installation, Fire alarm system installat

 Project Planning, Execution, Management, Technical Communication, Internal & External Coordination.  Liaise with other project personnel, and subcontractors.
 Liaise with the client representative and attend meetings.  Ensure all materials necessary are on site and take any action necessary to maintain such status including liaison with procurement department to ensure conformance of materials supplied to project.  Oversee and administer the daily reports, to ensure effective utilization and performance of all project manpower, equipment and materials.  Review and report progress status and liaison with the project controls department to ensure compliance to schedule.  Liaise with the Client regarding material approvals and project installation inspections and approvals.  Manage & Supervision of working progress activities, Providing Technical advice and assistance.  Control and Manage Material submission, technical issues related to projects.  Management of preparation of work schedule programs, testing and commissioning documents inclusive of operation and maintenance manuals for handover.  Ensuring projects are planned and cost is controlled monitored, and resources are utilized efficiently.  Maintain knowledge of up to date with equipment changes.  Review scope of works, estimates, budget and schedules that are utilized accurately.  Verification of compliances with project requirements assuring materials, workmanship, functional.  Managing all the Electrical execution and quality control teams and sub contractors on the project.  Coordination with the consultant/client and sub contractors.  Managing all the commercial and contractual issues with the material suppliers and sub contractors.  Control and Manage Material submission, technical issues related to projects.  Liaise with Shop Drawings, Submittals for Materials and As-Built Drawings.  Attend daily & weekly Progress meetings related with site issues.  Coordination with Suppliers for

 Understanding the BOQ & IFC drawings, determine the variation between drawings & BOQ quantities.  Development of Schedule, and maintain the activities time line as per schedule.  Co-ordination with client & consultant on material approval, Next week plans, shutdown plans, shutdown time line & progress report.  Development of the shop drawings & coordinated drawings with other services.  Ensure the availability of material & tools of at site.  Man power management & assigning the jobs to teams.  Co-ordination with vendors & suppliers.  Technical Supervision: Shut down management, assembling, testing, commissioning & maintenance of rectifiers, power generation, transmission and distribution equipment, HT/LT cabling, Cable termination, Cable Jointing, Cable tray fabrication & installation.
